📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules using advanced planning and scheduling software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
• Forecast demand and plan for production and procurement to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and manage supplier relationships.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of production planners and inventory control specialists.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in production planning and inventory control, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and improving supply chain processes.
• Strong knowledge of advanced planning and scheduling software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
