📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize Power BI environments for global clients.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Train end-users on the effective use of Power BI tools.
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and improvements.
• Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance BI services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support, preferably with a focus on Business Intelligence.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service.
• Certification in Power BI (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and Microsoft Azure is a plus.
• Experience working in a remote team environment.
