📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer accounts and ensure timely debt recovery
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues
• Monitor and report on collections performance and trends
• Work with cutting-edge tools and software, including CRM systems and debt recovery software
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve collections strategies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Provide training and support to other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in collections, customer service, or debt recovery
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian banking and financial regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and debt recovery software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in Indonesian and English
