📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and efficient logistics processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations and reduce costs.
• Manage a team of logistics staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP, JDA, or similar to track and manage inventory and shipments.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities and partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and improving efficiency.
• Strong understanding of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
