📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and specialty coffee drinks.
• Assist in maintaining and cleaning the coffee equipment and barista tools.
• Stock and manage coffee supplies, including beans, milk, and syrups.
• Learn and apply proper coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and addressing their needs.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or barista role (or equivalent training).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with coffee shop software, such as Square or Toast, is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
