📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including food preparation and service.
- Manage inventory and ensure food safety compliance.
- Train and mentor new staff members.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining restaurant equipment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial reports.
- Support the implementation of health and safety protocols.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast food or hospitality role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and food safety regulations.
- Familiarity with SAP or QuickBooks is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
