📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full lifecycle of event equipment and logistics, from sourcing and procurement to setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Work closely with vendors to ensure all equipment is in top condition and that logistics are flawlessly executed.
• Coordinate with event planners and teams to ensure all equipment and logistical needs are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices for event equipment and logistics.
• Monitor budgets and ensure all expenses are within agreed-upon limits.
• Provide training and support to event staff on the use and maintenance of equipment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event equipment and logistics.
• Report on event outcomes and provide recommendations for future events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event equipment and logistics management.
• Proven experience working in the hospitality or event industry.
• Strong knowledge of event equipment and logistics management software, such as EventPro or Cvent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices for event equipment and logistics.
