📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and create stunning floral arrangements using fresh flowers, foliage, and decorative elements.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement creative floral concepts for events and promotions.
• Maintain and update the floral displays in the mall to ensure they are always fresh and visually appealing.
• Source and select high-quality flowers and materials to ensure the best possible results for our arrangements.
• Assist in the setup and installation of floral displays for special events and promotions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in floral design and incorporate new ideas into our displays.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with floral consultations and sales.
• Ensure that all floral arrangements are completed to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a florist or in a similar role, preferably in a retail or event environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your floral design skills and creativity.
• Excellent knowledge of floral design principles, including color theory, composition, and arrangement techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Familiarity with floral design software such as Florist’s Assistant or similar tools.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy floral materials with ease.
