📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage customer accounts and ensure timely debt recovery
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues
- Monitor and report on collections performance and trends
- Work with cutting-edge tools and software, including CRM systems and debt recovery software
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve collections strategies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Provide training and support to other team members as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in collections, customer service, or debt recovery
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian banking and financial regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and debt recovery software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in Indonesian and English
