📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Work with designers and developers to ensure that technical documentation is user-friendly and visually appealing.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide support to customers and internal teams through technical documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with API documentation and user manuals.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
