Bahagia Bimo Health Center is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tax Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's tax obligations, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax laws and a proven track record in tax planning and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and file all required tax returns, including corporate income tax, value-added tax (VAT), and other relevant taxes.,Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to identify potential tax risks and opportunities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related transactions and documents.,Provide tax advice and guidance to the finance team and other departments as needed.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure that the company is in compliance.,Collaborate with external tax advisors and consultants to address complex tax issues.,Train and mentor junior tax staff to ensure the continued high quality of tax services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proven experience in tax planning, compliance, and reporting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.,Proficiency in using tax software and accounting systems.,Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
