PT Surya Pilar is seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work effectively in a remote environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Experience with recruitment and employee relations is a plus.
