Oversee the technical operations of our facilities,Ensure that our equipment is in optimal condition,Maintain and repair equipment as needed,Train and mentor junior technicians,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that our processes are running smoothly,Monitor and analyze technical performance metrics,Implement and maintain quality control procedures,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technician in a similar role,Proven track record of success in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of technical equipment and processes,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively,Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
