Resto Adi Auto Service is looking for a Junior IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. If you are a recent graduate with a passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and customers,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software,Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems,Provide training and support to new employees,Document IT processes and procedures,Maintain and update IT documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field,Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security,Good communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Willingness to learn and grow in the IT field,Valid SIM (Student Identity Card) or KTP

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworksFamiliarity with Windows and Linux operating systemsExperience with network protocols and securityBasic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailGood time management skills
