Smart Store Sejahtera is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for efficiency. This role is crucial for ensuring our delivery services run smoothly and on time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to ensure cost efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and timely deliveries.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Implement and monitor fleet safety protocols and compliance with regulations.,Analyze fleet data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and execute delivery routes.,Ensure all vehicles are properly inspected and maintained before use.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
