🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a Master's degree.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of organizational structure and processes, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and project management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
