📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control power generation, transmission, and distribution systems using SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
• Ensure the reliable and efficient operation of the power grid by responding to alarms, events, and outages in real-time.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve power system issues.
• Generate and maintain detailed reports on power system performance, outages, and incidents.
• Participate in system upgrades, maintenance, and testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Provide on-call support during power system emergencies and outages.
• Continuously monitor and optimize power system performance to meet operational targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Control Room Operator or in a similar role.
• Proven experience with SCADA systems, such as GE Cimplicity, Siemens WinCC, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of power system operations, including generation, transmission, and distribution.
• Certification in power system operations or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
