PT Pilar Kartika is looking for a dedicated Assistant Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and safety of our premises, ensuring the well-being of our employees and visitors. This is a full-time position based in Tambora, Jakarta Raya, offering a competitive salary of Rp 2.000.000 – Rp 4.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor security cameras and respond to any security alerts or breaches.,Patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of employees and visitors.,Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management.,Investigate and report any security incidents or suspicious activities.,Assist in emergency response and evacuation procedures.,Maintain a clean and orderly environment, including waste management and facility upkeep.,Provide a friendly and professional service to employees and visitors.,Work collaboratively with other security personnel and management to ensure a secure environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in security or related field.,Good physical condition and the ability to work in all weather conditions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of security procedures, policies, and regulations.,Familiarity with security equipment and technology.,Ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure.
