📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the outlet's inventory, including stocking, organizing, and monitoring stock levels.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that the outlet is presentable at all times.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of merchandise for display.,Support the outlet manager in any additional tasks or projects as needed.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in the organization and coordination of outlet events or promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
