📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for structural steel projects.,Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost estimates align with project requirements and timelines.,Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and material lists to ensure accurate cost estimation.,Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Prepare and present cost reports, including detailed breakdowns of materials, labor, and overhead costs.,Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and market trends to ensure competitive and accurate cost estimates.,Participate in project reviews and provide input on cost-related issues.,Train and mentor junior estimators to ensure high-quality work and knowledge sharing within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural steel estimation.,Strong knowledge of structural steel design principles and practices.,Proficiency in using estimation software and tools such as Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and Revit.,Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
