📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Estimating project costs and creating detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects.
• Managing project budgets and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.
• Preparing and submitting cost proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Monitoring project expenses and identifying areas where costs can be reduced.
• Working closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that projects are completed successfully.
• Providing guidance and support to junior estimators and other team members.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project estimation.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project estimation and cost management.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with cost estimation software such as EstimateOne, Blue Beam, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
