📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the underwriting process for personal lines insurance products.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers, agents, and clients.
  • Analyze and evaluate risk applications to determine coverage and premiums.
  • Provide guidance and support to underwriting staff to ensure consistent and accurate decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of underwriting operations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote and sell insurance products.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to enhance the underwriting process.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in personal lines underwriting and policy servicing.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, laws, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading underwriting teams.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
