📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sanitation and food safety programs to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.,Inspect and monitor food preparation areas, storage facilities, and other areas to ensure compliance with sanitation standards.,Train and supervise sanitation staff to ensure they understand and follow sanitation procedures.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that food safety and sanitation practices are integrated into all business operations.,Maintain accurate records of sanitation activities and inspections, and prepare reports for management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in food safety and sanitation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Food Science, Public Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in food safety and sanitation management.,Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards, such as HACCP, ISO 22000, and local regulations.,Experience in training and supervising sanitation staff.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sanitation equipment and tools.,Ability to travel to different locations as needed.
