📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP systems in large-scale projects, including factories, warehouses, high-rise buildings, and industrial facilities.
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to develop accurate cost projections.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure estimates align with technical designs and project goals.
• Utilize industry-leading software such as Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structures, and Navisworks to create and manage cost estimates.
• Review and approve subcontractor bids to ensure competitive and feasible pricing.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and provide cost-related input to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP estimating, with a focus on large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in using Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structures, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with strong communication skills.
• Valid professional certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or relevant industry certifications) is a plus.
