In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity and consistency,Create and maintain style guides and templates for technical documentation,Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve technical writing skills within the team,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Work with developers and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify technical concepts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Experience with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
