Create and maintain technical documentation for software products, including user manuals, API references, and technical guides.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the needs of our customers.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to our style guide.,Develop and implement processes and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of technical documentation.,Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of technical documentation tools and processes.,Participate in product development meetings and provide input on technical documentation requirements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on software documentation.,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Proficiency in technical documentation tools, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
