📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.,Manage and maintain IT documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.,Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices.,Identify and implement improvements to IT systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows and Linux.,Experience with IT support software and tools, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
