📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities and common areas.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and repairs.,Ensure that all hotel facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.,Handle guest complaints and concerns related to facilities and services.,Assist in organizing and participating in hotel events and activities.,Keep accurate records of facility maintenance and usage.,Assist in the implementation of health and safety protocols.,Support the General Affairs Manager in any additional tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
