📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job postings and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
• Schedule and conduct interviews using tools like Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recommendations for suitable candidates.
• Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and ensuring new hires are integrated into the team.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities using HRIS systems like BambooHR.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and placement, preferably in the forestry or manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and department heads.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
