📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and customer feedback.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Conduct regular route checks and address any issues promptly.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics roles.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for field operations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
